Job summary

Mister Car Wash in the United States is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT). This accelerated development program is designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager position, with hands-on leadership, daily operations, and a focus on quality customer experience.

In this role, you’ll work with a Certified Trainer to learn site routines, analyze performance data, coach teammates, and support staffing and employee relations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team or supervising shifts in a customer-facing setting.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations, opening/closing, and site flow.
• Monitor performance data and drive results.
• Develop and coach team members to improve performance.
• Assist staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Prepare for the Assistant General Manager role through the program.
