Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience—at least 1 year managing a team in a customer-facing setting.
• Experience in high-volume retail/service operations and delivering consistent, quality service.
• Ability to coach and develop others, provide constructive feedback, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations from opening/closing routines to safety and site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions to drive results.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Develop basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality expectations.
• Progress through the AGMIT program toward the Assistant General Manager role.
