Job summary

Mister Car Wash is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT), an accelerated development program designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager role. This is ideal for someone who loves developing leadership skills in a fast-paced customer service setting and wants to grow with a nationwide growing company.

You will work with an experienced Certified Trainer to learn operations, data-driven decision making, coaching, staffing, and facility maintenance while preparing

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience—1+ year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Understand high-volume retail or service operations and delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Take initiative and lead by example, modeling Mister Car Wash values while driving performance and motivation.
• Excel at coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback and helping team members grow into new responsibilities.
• Stay organized and focused in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and activity.
• Enjoy working with people, bring positivity to every interaction, and thrive outdoors in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, including opening/closing routines, quality, safety, and site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality expectations.
• Progress through accelerated development to lead to an Assistant General Manager role.
