Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations.
• Ability to coach, give clear feedback, and develop team members.
• Stay organized with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations including opening/closing routines, quality and safety.
• Understand performance data and drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic facility maintenance to meet customer quality expectations.
