Qualifications

• 1+ year leading a team in a customer-facing environment
• Experience in high-volume retail/service operations
• Proven ability to coach and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations from opening/closing routines to quality, safety, and site flow.
• Analyze performance data and make decisions to drive results.
• Lead and coach the team, manage performance and development.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Develop basic functional/mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality standards.
• Progress through accelerated development to eventually assume a General Manager role.
