Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to give clear feedback, build confidence, and help teammates grow.
• Excellent organization and ability to stay focused in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, from opening/closing routines to safety and site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional skills to maintain the facility and meet customer quality expectations.
• This program prepares you to step into the Assistant General Manager role and future leadership opportunities.
