Qualifications

• Leadership experience of at least 1 year managing a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Ability to take initiative and lead by example, driving performance and accountability.
• Strong coaching and development abilities with clear feedback for growth.
• Organized and focused in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
• Enjoy working with people and remain energized in outdoor, fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operation fundamentals, from opening/closing routines to safety and quality.
