Job summary

SIXT USA offers a 12-month Management Trainee Program (1ST GEAR!) to fast-track your leadership career in mobility. From day one you gain hands-on experience, take ownership, and graduate into leadership roles—potentially managing a downtown branch or airport leadership team.

You will earn $22.32 per hour with a performance bonus and a company car upon successful completion, while training across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership drive.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Independent, problem-solver with ownership mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work across locations in the US.
• Driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support the achievement of our operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work in the operational day-to-day business from day one with training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
• Promote to a leadership position anywhere in the United States after program completion.
