Job summary

SIXT is seeking ambitious individuals for its 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program, a 12‑month fast-track leadership pathway across our mobility businesses. You’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility from day one, and graduate into a leadership role in the US.

The program offers an hourly rate of $24.20 plus performance bonuses, with opportunities to lead within branches and airport teams upon completion. Travel up to 50% within the US may be required during the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.
• You will gain hands-on leadership experience and take on responsibilities from day one.
• Program leads to a leadership role after successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support operational goals.
• Work across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
