Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Manager Trainee for our on-site development program in Mississippi. In 10–12 months, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Role focuses on developing relationships, supporting management functions, and growing into leadership with training and internal promotion opportunities. Relocation may be required during progression.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals and in delegation of workload.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
