Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program in Mississippi. In 10-12 months you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, earning competitive pay and performance incentives.

The program focuses on developing future leaders with a clear path to management, including duties in recruitment, staff development, and performance management. On-site role with standard hours and some extended weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals and in recruitment, staff development and performance management.
• Support management duties and delegated workloads as part of leadership development.
