Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and available for nights & weekends.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a bonus.
• Background in soccer or team-sports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration and memberships.
• Manage daily operations: scheduling, payroll, inventory, and safety.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players and resolve issues.
• Track personal growth and prepare for GM promotion.
