Let’s Play Soccer in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Manager in Training to develop leadership skills and drive team success. This role offers hands-on coaching, revenue growth support, and responsibilities across scheduling, payroll, inventory, and guest experience.

The program provides a clear path to a General Manager position with a starting salary of $45,000–$54,000, plus company-paid benefits and leadership certifications to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or operations.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued.
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
