A community-focused indoor soccer company located in Northglenn is seeking a Manager in Training to embark on a leadership journey towards becoming a General Manager. This role encompasses team management, operational support, and promoting community engagement. The position offers a starting salary of $45K-$54K with benefits including fully-paid medical plans and extensive leadership development training. Ideal candidates will possess supervisory experience and be prepared to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience (sports, retail, hospitality, or operations)
• Sales or customer service experience
• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends
• Bonus: Spanish/English bilingual, soccer or team-sports background

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
