Let's Play Soccer in Jenison, MI is seeking a Manager in Training to learn how to run a high-performing facility, build teams, grow revenue, and create great guest experiences.

Starting salary $45,000–$54,000 with a clear path to General Manager ($70,000–$80,000+), 100% company-paid benefits, leadership coaching, and world-class training and certifications. You'll lead and schedule, drive memberships and partnerships, manage daily operations, and prepare for promotion.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in relevant settings.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and able to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued.
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
