Qualifications

• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach.
• Support revenue growth by assisting with league registration and memberships.
• Run daily operations: manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players and resolve issues.
• Track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
