Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and loan document review.
• Develop management skills including recruitment, staff development, and leadership.
