Mister Car Wash is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGM IT), a accelerated development program designed to prepare you for the AGM role. You will work with a Certified Trainer to master daily operations, staffing, and leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-focused, high-volume setting and are eager to grow into a management career within a nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: at least 1 year leading a team or supervising shifts.
• Customer-service oriented with a track record in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach, give feedback, and develop others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive and able to take initiative while modeling company values.
• Comfort with outdoor work and working across varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations, including opening/closing routines, quality, safety, and site flow.
• Understand performance data and use it to drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet customer expectations.
• Program aims to prepare you to step into the Assistant General Manager role.
