You will work with a Certified Trainer to learn daily operations, staff coaching, and performance management in a high-volume setting, with opportunities to grow into a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, supervising shifts or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume retail/service operation and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations from opening/closing routines to safety and site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality expectations.
• Prepare to launch into the Assistant General Manager role as a step toward GM.
