You will work with an experienced Certified Trainer to learn daily operations, staffing, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This program emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and decision-making with a focus on customer experience and facility standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations.
• Demonstrates initiative and leads by example with accountability.
• Skilled in coaching and developing others with constructive feedback.
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings.
