Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership across assigned departments (Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience).
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members with certification and training.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and budget targets.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management while ensuring customer service standards.
