Job summary

The World Bank Group in Washington, DC is hiring an HR Analyst within Leadership and Staff Development to design, coordinate, and deliver coaching and professional development offerings across the organization.

You will facilitate peer coaching sessions, coordinate cohorts, maintain work plans, track milestones, prepare communications, and support internal facilitators. The role blends facilitation with program coordination in a global, multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with two years of relevant experience in facilitation, program coordination, or learning and development.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops and cohort-based sessions.
• Experience designing, coordinating, or delivering learning, coaching, or professional development programs.
• Excellent program coordination, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and written/verbal communication; ability to collaborate across boundaries.
• Understanding of adult learning, coaching, or behavior-change principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, pilot, rollout, and ongoing delivery of a peer coaching program.
• Facilitate peer coaching sessions and related group learning experiences.
• Coordinate cohort planning, engagement, scheduling, communications, and logistics.
• Engage internal facilitators and support program growth with resources and practice opportunities.
• Collect feedback and suggest practical improvements for the program.
• Support design, delivery, and improvement of leadership development offerings.
• Maintain workplans, track milestones, and manage delivery logistics.
• Develop presentations, briefings, and participant communications; support other offerings as needed.
• Conduct research and analysis, summarize findings, and contribute to reports.
• Serve as an internal coach when appropriate and collaborate with internal/external partners.
