Job summary

Orrstown Bank seeks a leader who will implement and support programs aligned with our leadership development strategy to grow management capabilities across the workforce. You will maintain frameworks and develop initiatives that connect to our short- and long-term objectives.

The role includes coaching, training design, experiential assignments, and preparing analyses that demonstrate the impact of leadership development efforts on business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-10 years in leadership development or related fields.
• Experience coaching leaders and facilitating group learning.
• Experience creating learning content and instructional materials.
• Financial services or banking experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and LMS.

Implements and supports programs aligned with leadership development strategy and strategic business imperatives to develop management capabilities throughout the workforce. Maintains frameworks that represent skills and leadership capabilities that are critical to long-term and short-term objectives. Supports training, coaching, professional development, and experiential assignments that make up the leadership development strategy. Fosters a culture of informal knowledge exchange, coaching, and training throughout the organization to engage and develop the workforce. Promotes training and development programs and career pathing initiatives. Prepares analysis and reporting of leadership development efforts and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required, Master’s degree in the aforementioned areas preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, talent management, coaching or a related field.
• Demonstrated success coaching leaders and facilitating group learning.
• Experience creating learning content and instructional materials.
• Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and experience utilizing learning technologies and learning management systems
