Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. You will progress toward an Assistant Store Manager role after completing the initial 8-week training, with a schedule typically at 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends.

You will help oversee a million-dollar store, develop leadership and sales skills, and learn operations, clients, and strategy as you grow

Qualifications

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by start of program.
• Ability to interact with customers and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
• Complete store administration and ensure safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
