Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into an Assistant Store Manager position upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

This program runs 44 hours per week and may include evenings and/or weekends, with exposure to a million-dollar store and leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree by program start date.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to provide effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain store condition and merchandising standards.
• Support employee training and performance management.
• Respond to customer and/or employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales to grow market share.
