Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field required.
• Rising senior or recent graduate with strong GPA; graduation Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 expected.
• Prior co-op, internship, project, or work experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills; ERP or data visualization experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic sourcing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct data-driven cost analyses and support negotiations for direct and indirect materials.
• Serve as a plant-level buyer to improve supplier performance across quality, delivery, service, and cost.
• Support transportation optimization, carrier management, freight auditing, and logistics performance improvements.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to monitor KPIs, identify spend patterns, and flag operational or supplier risk areas.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen standard work.
• Deliver formal report-outs that summarize project results, insights, business impact, and recommended next steps.
