Job summary

Regal Rexnord offers a 24-month Supply Chain Rotation Program based in Milwaukee, with three eight-month rotations across indirect/direct materials, planning, logistics, and more. You'll gain end-to-end supply chain exposure, mentorship, and hands-on leadership development.

The program is hybrid—onsite at least 3 days a week with up to 2 remote days, travel up to 30%, and a defined path to full-time opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising senior or recent graduate with expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
• Prior co-op, internship, project, or work experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ERP systems or data visualization tools a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to present ideas to leaders.
• Self-starter who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic sourcing recommendations for senior leadership
• Conduct data-driven cost analyses and support negotiations for direct and indirect materials
• Serve as a plant-level buyer to improve supplier performance across quality, delivery, service, and cost
• Support transportation optimization, carrier management, freight auditing, and logistics performance improvements
• Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to monitor KPIs, identify spend patterns, and flag operational or supplier risk areas
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen standard work
• Deliver formal report-outs that summarize project results, insights, business impact, and recommended next steps
