Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for a Leadership Development Program in the United States. The program runs 12 months across two to three roles within Ryder's Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial verticals, offering exposure to distribution management, dedicated transportation, and supply chain engineering.

Expect relocation between sites and mentorship from program advocates and leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree by December 2026 or be graduating May 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• 0–1 year involvement in activities demonstrating leadership skills.
• 0–1 year internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate three different day-to-day supply chain operations, including warehousing, logistics centers, and transportation.
• Plan and review logistics processes with site leadership to meet standards and customer specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement events and CI initiatives.
• Communicate KPIs and drive continuous improvement across functions.
• Travel as required to assist locations and move locations 1–2 times per 18 months.
