Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for a Leadership Development Program in the United States. The program rotates across two to three roles within Ryder's Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial vertical, delivering hands-on distribution management and supply chain engineering exposure.

Candidates will gain valuable leadership experience, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a Fortune 500 company, with relocation between locations during the 12–18 month assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate three day-to-day supply chain operations with site leadership.
• Communicate KPI results and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel to assist locations and relocate 1–2 times in 18 months.
• Present process changes and feedback to stakeholders and leadership.
