Job summary

Brooks Instrument, an ITW division, offers a Management Development Program (MDP) at the Hatfield, PA headquarters. Recent graduates undertake three eight-month rotations in Process/Product Engineering, New Product Development, and Operations, gaining broad exposure to Brooks' business, products, and markets.

Mentorship and executive coaching accelerate early leadership growth. The program focuses on leadership readiness, technical skill-building, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 is required.
• Prior co-op or internship experience is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task with detail orientation and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative through student employment, clubs, volunteering or sports.

Responsibilities

• Provide Process Engineering support to production and other departments.
• Collaborate with Engineering to introduce new products or changes.
• Procure raw materials, components and services as needed.
• Plan and schedule production to meet customer needs and inventory targets.
• Lead production-related activities including assembling, testing and calibrating devices.
• Apply ITW Toolbox concepts to improve KPIs in production areas.
• Support Sales/Marketing in developing product growth strategies.
• Assist global Sales team with customer communication and order processing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with Executives and Managers regularly.
