Job summary

AAAAI in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Leadership Programs Manager to oversee leadership development initiatives and organizational projects. You will manage the Leadership Institute, coordinate volunteers, and support the Executive Director across assemblies and committees.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal groups. On-site presence in downtown Milwaukee is expected, with occasional travel for the annual meeting.

Qualifications

• Experience with volunteer management and Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and management for the Leadership Institute including three leadership avenues.
• Partner with AAAAI groups to promote leadership offerings.
• Direct and manage New Allergist/Immunologist and Allied Health sections' activities.
• Schedule calls, develop agendas, take minutes, draft letters for committees.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
• Other duties as assigned.
