Job summary

Kellogg PEAK Initiative in Milwaukee seeks a dedicated Teen Programs Coordinator to develop and lead high school programs, workshops, and leadership labs. You will support curriculum, logistics, and guardian communications while coordinating with partners and staff to deliver engaging experiences for teens.

The role requires weekend/evening hours, multiple overnight trips, and a commitment to PEAK values. A degree or equivalent experience plus driver qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required for teaching and facilitating classes, trainings, and workshops.
• Experience supporting youth programs, leadership labs, and camps.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, develop Milwaukee-based programming for high school participants (grades 9-12).
• Lead facilitator for high school programs, ensuring year-to-year progression.
• Support design and execution of programs, retreats, and events including logistics and communications.
• Support LT internship program year-round and lead Milwaukee Camps in summer.
• Recruit teens and coordinate activities with community partners.
• Attend overnight trips and expeditions and transport participants in PEAK vehicles.
