Job summary

Leadership Programs Manager at AAAAI oversees leadership development initiatives and organizational projects. Based in Milwaukee, you will support the Executive Director, coordinate volunteers, and manage program activities across assemblies and committees.

You will schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain files while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Some travel and on-site work are required as part of this exempt full-time role in our downtown Milwaukee office.

Qualifications

• Experience with volunteer management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and management for the Leadership Institute and related leadership development programs.
• Coordinate committees, volunteers, and activities across assemblies and sections.
• Draft minutes, manage files, and support Executive Director with administrative tasks.
• Schedule calls, develop agendas, and assist with project work and letters for committees.
• Contribute to cross-constituency collaboration to promote leadership offerings.
• Support objectives with consistent follow-through and organizational alignment.
