Sadie Nash Leadership Project is seeking a full-time Leadership Program Manager to develop, implement and guide a range of our award-winning programs across NYC and Newark, NJ. The role oversees Summer Institute coordination and engages diverse youth and families.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of youth-program experience, strong team leadership, and a commitment to equity. Travel to schools and partner sites is required; some evenings and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of experience working with youth, designing and running youth programs.
• Experience overseeing a team of full-time and part-time staff, volunteers, or interns.
• Ability to build partnerships and engage diverse communities in NYC and Newark, NJ.

Responsabilités

• Manage administrative aspects of program development and implementation (budget, attendance tracking, evaluation).
• Develop and update educational materials including lesson plans and multimedia resources.
• Facilitate youth leadership programs and build partnerships with schools, organizations, and communities.
• Supervise part-time educators, interns, and volunteers to support SNLP programming and staff development.
• Co-plan and/or co-facilitate core programming and special initiatives with SNLP educators.
