Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workshop logistics and event scheduling for Medallion programs.
  • Maintain participant databases, records, and attendance tracking.
  • Support communications, newsletters, calendars, social media, and workshop promotions.
  • Assist with alumni, speaker schedules, and volunteer coordination.
  • Support purchasing, recognition logistics, and office administration.
