Hertz Local Edition (HLE) in Naperville, IL is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. The starting wage is $37,440 per year or $18 per hour. You will rotate through Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership Development while shadowing management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn finance processes and assist with reporting and metrics.
