AIL is seeking an entry-level Remote Benefits & Client Support Representative to join our fully remote US team. You will educate clients on available benefits, connect with families virtually, and deliver friendly, proactive service as part of a structured training program.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. This role offers a flexible schedule, meaningful work, and a supportive team culture
