Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of Leadership and Professional Development programs. You will manage traditional L&D training development projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with instructional designers, program leaders, SMEs, and external vendors.

This role emphasizes shaping learning design processes, meeting milestones, and delivering high-quality solutions across multiple formats and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of project or program management experience in learning or creative environments.
• Experience managing learning solutions across formats: eLearning, video, virtual/classroom, simulations or games.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning production, including digital, virtual, and instructor-led assets.
• Plan, maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risk logs.
• Coordinate with designers, SMEs, vendors and leadership to align requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, provide status updates, manage risks and celebrate wins.
• Support production roadmaps, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
