Job summary

The role blends event coordination with project administration, stakeholder management, and learning program delivery.

You will organize logistics, manage timelines, enroll participants, coordinate vendors, and ensure a flawless participant experience on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex projects, programs, events, or operational initiatives.
• Experience coordinating learning programs, training events, leadership development programs, or large-scale corporate events.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership programs and learning events.
• Manage program plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities.
• Support participant enrollment, tracking, and program administration.
• Monitor deliverables and keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, client stakeholders, vendors, and multiple locations.
• Provide onsite operational support for programs and events.
• Manage last-minute changes and operational requests in real time.
• Ensure exceptional participant experience and quality standards.
