SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Seasonal Leadership Intern for Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA. This role involves attending seminars, touring departments, and working on a real-world business case presented to Senior Leadership.

You will oversee daily activities, train ambassadors, ensure safety and five-star service, and coordinate staffing alongside park leadership. This internship offers hands-on experience with thousands of guests and includes scholarships and

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a college degree.
• Commit to working through the 2027 peak operating season (mid-May – mid-August).
• Flexible availability (nights, weekend and holidays).
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions.
• Excellent human relations and communication skills.
• Previous leadership or theme park experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend seminars and tours with park departments and industry experts.
• Lead tours and meetings with park leadership.
• Complete a team project and present to Senior Leadership.
• Oversee daily activities at assigned locations and ensure safety and service.
• Coach ambassadors on performance and scheduling and assist with training.
