Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Leader in Training to support the dispensary leadership team by supervising daily operations and communicating priorities to staff. You will rotate through critical functions to gain expertise in operations, experience, and people, accelerating toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You will help drive memorable customer journeys, participate in Leader On Duty shifts, and collaborate with the General Manager to optimize in-store and omni-channel

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable attendance and 21+ age requirement
• Pass background checks and hold valid ID or driver's license
• Understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis laws

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee transactions.
