Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) to join our dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through core functions, supervise daily operations, and support onboarding while developing the skills that lead to an Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience.
• One year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead teams to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and payments processing.
