Job summary

SIXT is inviting ambitious individuals to join its 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program. This 12-month journey fast-tracks you into a real leadership role, with hands-on responsibilities from day one across sales, service, and fleet operations.

You’ll be part of a program that graduates into leadership positions in the United States, with an hourly rate of $21.85, plus a performance-based bonus and a company car after successful completion. This is not fully remote and requires travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Leadership and entrepreneurial potential; hands-on mindset to lead.
• Strong English communication; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to work and travel within the United States up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12-month program and support operational goals.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management.
