Job summary

SIXT's 1ST GEAR! is a 12-month Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track you into a leadership role in mobility. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience, assume responsibility, and graduate into a leadership position.

Earn $23.68 per hour with a performance-based bonus, plus a company car after completion. We seek ambitious, proactive individuals with a bachelor's degree and strong English. The program is not fully remote and may require up to 50% travel within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Not fully remote; may travel up to 50% within the United States.
• Strong English communication; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the program and graduate into a leadership position within the US.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work in day-to-day operations from day one and receive training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
