Job summary

Marathon Health LLC is seeking a People Leader Enablement leader in the United States to translate leadership expectations into practical tools and programs across the organization. You will partner with Clinical Operations, Directors and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable enablement solutions that strengthen leader effectiveness and the teammate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in leadership enablement, performance or organizational development.
Experience enabling leaders across multiple levels with practical tools and programs.
Strong facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve leader enablement strategies with scalable tools and experiences.
Coach and support leaders in performance, engagement, recognition, and development.
Partner with OD, People Partners and business leaders to drive adoption and impact.
Measure outcomes and continuously improve enablement programs using data.
