Marathon Health is seeking a People Leader Enablement professional to translate leadership expectations and priorities into practical tools, resources, and experiences that leaders can apply daily across the organization.

You will partner with clinical operations leaders, directors, and senior leadership to identify capability gaps, develop scalable enablement solutions, and drive adoption, performance, engagement, and talent readiness, including transitions and change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, L&D, Business, or related field with 5+ years in leadership enablement.
• Experience consulting with people leaders across Directors and senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of leadership and talent practices: coaching, feedback, performance, engagement, and development.
• Experience developing enterprise leader enablement tools and resources.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to use data, feedback and AI to improve leader support.

Responsabilités

• Develop and evolve the people leader enablement approach across the leader journey.
• Consult with leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend scalable solutions.
• Translate priorities into clear expectations, tools, and guidance for leaders.
• Use data and insights to identify recurring needs and improve leader effectiveness.
• Enable leaders on goals, coaching, feedback, performance conversations, and development.
• Partner with Performance & Engagement, People Partners, OD, and business to advance priorities.
• Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
