Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a People Leader Enablement professional to strengthen leader effectiveness across Clinical Operations, Directors, and senior leaders. You will translate leadership expectations into practical tools, guidance, and scalable enablement resources to support onboarding, performance, and change.

You will partner with Organizational Development, People Partners, and business leaders to identify capability gaps, develop solutions, and measure impact using feedback and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Communications, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in leadership enablement, performance management, employee engagement, or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the people leader enablement approach, translating leadership expectations into practical tools and guidance.
• Advise with leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend scalable enablement solutions.
• Measure effectiveness using feedback, adoption data, and business insights to improve leader enablement.
