Job summary
Marathon Health is seeking a Director, People Partner to lead the People Partner function and align people strategy with business needs across the organization. You will develop the team, serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and translate workforce insights into practical actions that improve performance and engagement.
You will drive Workday optimization, leverage analytics, and guide responsible AI adoption while ensuring compliance and strong partner relationships across a multi-site
Qualifications
- 10+ years in human resources or People Partner roles.
- 5+ years leading a People Partners team or similar HR function.
- Healthcare experience in complex multi-site environments preferred.
- Hands-on Workday experience for HR processes and reporting.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools with responsible-use and data privacy.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the People Partner strategy, priorities, KPIs, and success measures aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Partner team and ensure continuous learning.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Partner with HRIS to optimize Workday processes, data quality, and reporting.
- Leverage analytics to identify risks and opportunities and translate into actionable plans.
- Ensure compliance governance and policy consistency across the organization.
