Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a People Leader Enablement & Effectiveness role to strengthen how leaders translate expectations into practical tools and support. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leadership enablement, performance management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve the people leader enablement approach across the leader journey.
Consult with leaders to identify capability, performance, and enablement needs and recommend scalable solutions.
Translate priorities into clear leader expectations, tools, and guidance for teams.
Use feedback and data to identify recurring leader needs and opportunities to improve effectiveness.
Enable leaders to apply performance and talent practices with supporting tools and resources.
Partner across departments to advance performance, engagement, talent, leadership, and change priorities.
Measure impact and drive continuous improvement in enablement programs.
