Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking a Director, People Partners to shape the people strategy and lead a high-impact team across enterprise functions. You will advise senior leaders, drive organizational effectiveness, and champion data-driven decision making using Workday and analytics.

With a focus on responsible AI, you will guide workforce planning, compliance, and program oversight while partnering with clinical and business leaders to elevate the teammate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive human resources or People Partner experience, including at least 5 years managing a People Partners Team.
• Hands-on Workday experience supporting HR processes, reporting, and process improvement.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, or advanced analytics in HR or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the People Partner strategy, priorities, KPIs, and success measures in alignment with Marathon Health's business and People Experience goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the 6-person People Partner team with clear expectations and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership performance, and change management.
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce capacity, structure, talent risks, and future capabilities; translate findings into actionable plans.
• Oversee Workday optimization, data quality, and reporting; drive process redesign and self-service adoption.
